To create a profile for multiple servers as well as edit and switch between profiles from a single server, you will need to access the Admin Essentials | Profiles application. For more information on how to use this application, see the Profiles section in the Admin Essentials User Guide.

Each profile includes a variety of properties, such as redisProps, loggerProps, and alarmProps. Users can also configure which services are part of a profile, as one server may need to have certain services removed while running others.
For a currently running profile, settings can only be seen after a restart, and a banner is presented if the viewed settings are not currently applied. Profiles can be switched out, but there must always be an active profile.
