The Tags application is designed to make IAP workflows, forms, and other items search enabled.
Accessing the Application
Click the Settings button in the top navbar. ![Settings Button]
Select Tags. The main screen displays.

Create a New Tag
From the Create Tag card:
Enter a tag name and brief description (required).
Click Create. The tag is generated and will be added to a list of tags.


Tag Details
Once a tag is created, the user can select a tag from the list to view details and make updates, as needed.

Hover over the tag name and the option to edit
, copy
, or delete
the tag is enabled.

Usage
Currently, you can add tags to the following collections.
| Collection | Description |
|---|---|
| Workflows | Use the edit page of a Workflow to add a tag. |
| MOP | For both Analytic and Command Templates, use the edit page for a template. |
| Golden Config | Use the edit page for a golden config. |
| Forms | Use the edit page of a form. |
Adding Tags to Collections
Workflow Builder
- Create a new Workflow, and save. Alternatively, you can edit an existing Workflow.
- Click the cog icon.
- Search for the tags that were created.
- Add the tag as you would groups to a workflow.
- Update the Workflow.
MOP
- Create a new Template, and save. Alternatively, you can edit an existing Template.
- Click the cog icon.
- Search for the tags that were created.
- Add to the input as chips.
- Update the Template.
Golden Config
- Create a new Golden Config, and save. Alternatively, you can edit an existing Golden Config.
- Click the cog icon.
- Search for the tags that were created.
- Add them to the input as chips.
- Update the Golden Config.
Form Builder
- Create a new Form, and save. Alternatively, you can edit an existing Form.
- Click the cog icon.
- Search for the tags.
- Add them to the input as chips.
- Update the Form.
Searching
To locate an item in the Itential Tag collection, use the search icon (upper-right).

The search results will return similarly tagged items from the collection.
